1999 Mazda B 3000, Automatic, Extended Cab

1. After a cold start water temp and oil temp guages hard zero indication, also check guages light illuminated. After about 3 miles, guages act normally and check guages light goes out. This is a constant reocurring event.
2. On one occasion. while driving at night the instrument panel light responsible for illuminating 55 through 75MPH portion of the speedometer were off, since then operates as expected.
3. Late one night for almost an hour all of the instrument panel lights varied between off and on with the bumps I hit in the road. Hasn't happened since.
4. Lately I gotten an uncommanded single wipe of the windshield wipers. I had hopes that this might be an indicator of much needed rain in the forecast, but even that didn't happen.

Anyone out there in Mazdaland or perhaps students of the paranormal got any ideas as to what might cause this and or where I should look before the truck decides to morph into a UFO?
